se stinge cu apa, se pune fasolea si morcovul si se completeaza su apa pana e acopetita.. se lasa la fiert.. eu o las mult... chiar daca se desprinde carnea de pe os... imi place mai mult asa si se fierbe f bine si fasolea... deci vreo 40 min dupa care pun 2 linguri cu varf pasta de tomate mai las 10 min... toc mararul:
